AMU MBA Entrance Examination

The Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) remains to be one of the oldest leading Central Universities of India. It has a unique and rich tradition of its own. Aligarh Muslim University or AMU is located in Aligarh in middle of Doab. The visionary Sir Syed Ahmad Khan had started this university. It provides MBA programs to deserving students who clear the examination. The Department of Business Administration, Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) has emerged as one of the most popular management education in India. It has helped more than 1,500 management professionals and entrepreneurs graduate in the past few years.

Currently this department has a full time postgraduate courses viz. Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.)

Master of International Business Management (M.B.A (IB)
Post Graduate Diploma in Islamic Banking & Finance
There are also PG Diploma in Personnel Management and PG Diploma in Marketing Management.

AMU Facilities

The university department has a computer Lab with 20 PCs and networking with Internet connections. There is also a seminar library with more than 8000 management books.

AMU Management Eligibility Criteria

Students who are appearing for the exam should meet these criteria. They must be graduates from approved Aligarh Muslim University Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination. Or they should have passed equivalent exams with at least 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English.

AMU MABA Exam Pattern

For the AMU MBA Entrance Exam there is a 3 hour test that includes 200 multiple choice questions. It should be remembered that all questions are necessary to attempt. For all the right answers, the candidates get 1 mark. For wrong answers, they are given a negative marketing of 1/4 marks.
Questions are based on-

Environmental awareness
Comprehension and verbal ability
Quantitative and numerical ability
Reasoning and intelligence
Data analysis and interpretation

AMU MBA Admit Card

Candidates can obtain their admit cards from the respective departments or via any other offline process. The AMU admit card is also available on the download mode at least one week before the assessment. For downloading the same, one has to card to fill in the date of birth and application number on the website and then get a printout of the application form.

AMU MBA Result

Results for the AMU Entrance Test will be available around June. No certain dates have been provided on the same. The official site of AMU has to be checked for the same.

AMU MBA Admission

The Admission for the candidates are based on the merit list and rank scored by the candidates. Based on the results, candidates are given options for courses.

AMU MBA Application

For Online Mode you have to visit the AMU application form and fill the same with needed details. Thoroughly check the same before you click on submit. You can use your debt card/ credit card or internet banking for paying the fees of Rs.500/- Fees can also be paid offline.
