UPSEE BHMCT

UPSEE BHMCT is an entrance exam conducted by the Uttar Pradesh Technical University, Lucknow, which is also the conducting authority of UPTU examination and offers admission to the professional course Bachelor of Hotel Management & Catering Technology (BHMCT). The UPTU exam is often referred to as the UPSEE (Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination) and is taken by the candidates for admission to hotel management courses. The state level exam is required to get access to different PG courses offered by institutions of Uttar Pradesh.

UPSEE BHMCT Eligibility Criteria

Those who want to appear for the UPSEE BHMCT should be the resident of Uttar Pradesh and must have an aggregate of 45% in their graduate course (40% for reserved). There is no age limit for UPSEE 2019. But all candidates should be at least 17 years of age.

Application Form of UPSEE BHMCT

UPSEE BHMCT application forms are released in the last week of February via online and offline mode. One has to fill their application form via online modes on the university website or get the application form with information booklet from the help desk center of the UPTU.

If going via the online mode, you have to ensure that the forms are filled and submitted prior to the given date. For those who are going via the offline mode, candidates can application form from the help desk centers of the UPTU and fill the same. During this process, you have to remit the application fee as Rs. 800/- (for general and OBCs) or Rs. 400/- (for SC/ST/PWD/Girls) that can be done via debit/credit card or the net banking. UPSEE BHMCT Exam Pattern

The UPSEE contains MCQ type questions. The applicants are awarded 4 marks for each correct answer and no negative marking is there.

Section I: English Language
Section II: Aptitude
Section III: Thinking and Decision Making
Section IV: General Awareness
The Aptitude Test conducted for UPSEE BHMCT consist of a total of 100 questions to be solved in the given time frame.
